ARTA implements a quality management system that encompasses not only the quality control department but also the entire production and service processes.
Raw materials, paints, and chemicals are inspected before the production process begins. ARTA only uses products from paint and chemical manufacturers that comply with R.E.A.C.H. regulations. Only materials meeting the appropriate standards are allowed onto the production line. Comprehensive quality monitoring systems are present at every stage of the production line.
Achieving the desired color is an essential element in the production process. Our "Chemical and Dye Automatic Distribution System" ensures we achieve guaranteed color standards. This system records precise measurements for all chemicals and dyes pumped to the relevant painting machines through a central preparation tank. This allows for the creation of repeatable recipes and prevents tonal differences.
Our advanced technology DATACOLOR color measurement and matching systems, which perform spectrophotometric analysis, enable the creation of recipes at optimal values.
ARTA employees ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers by recognizing the importance of high-quality standards in today’s competitive environment.
All finished fabrics undergo testing in our laboratory equipped with advanced technology test equipment, in accordance with international standards. These tests include Physical (tensile/tear strength, pilling, abrasion, seam slippage, seam strength, dimensional changes, etc.) and Chemical (color fastness to weather, light, water, washing, rubbing resistance, resistance to perspiration, etc.) tests.
ARTA Textiles pays attention to ensuring that its products, services, and processes comply with current international standards and is always open to audits by inspection companies appointed by major purchasing groups in this field.
ARTA holds certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Oekotex15.HTR.71990, and Marks & Spencer ECP No: TK 00027, emphasizing the environmentally friendly nature of our products. We do not use harmful chemicals for health and the environment at any stage of production. Additionally, our company is listed among the approved manufacturers by the INDITEX group and registered suppliers.
